Abstract

This research aims to describe and determine the influence of work life balance on intention to stay with employee engagement as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. This data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 86 sample respondents via an online survey using Google Form. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is a range of scales and structure equation models using smart-pls software. The results of the analysis show that work life balance has a significant positive effect on intention to stay, work life balance has a significant positive effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a significant positive effect on intention to stay, and work life balance has a significant positive effect on intention to stay with employee engagement as mediating variable.
