Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance. (2) determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. (3) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment and organizational culture on employee performance simultaneously. (4) find out the influence of the most dominant independent variables on employee performance. This type of research uses explanation (explanatory research). This research used 62 respondents with probability sampling with a total sampling approach. The analysis method used is path analysis with SPSS 25 tools. From this research, the results obtained are (1) that the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance (3) the non-physical work environment and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on employee performance (4) organizational culture has the most dominant effect on employee performance
