ANALISA PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PADA PEKERJAAN BEKISTING METODE KONVENSIONAL DENGAN METODE SISTEM PERI (Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Sekolah Gloria Grand Pakuwon Surabaya)

The development of construction technology in Indonesia, especially in the field of construction, is required to have good management or management so as to achieve the expected goals. Construction management regulates the balance between organizing, planning, implementing, and controlling resources to achieve efficient and effective construction project targets, especially in multi-storey buildings. This study aims to calculate the cost and time required for the implementation of beam, plate, and column work using conventional formwork methods and fairy system formwork methods. This research includes analyzing formwork implementation methods, analyzing material requirements, analyzing productivity and duration, and analyzing formwork costs. These two methods are used to obtain the following results: peri system formwork cost requires Rp. 3,692,480,458.90 and conventional formwork cost requires Rp. 3,348,111,509.84. The processing time for peri system formwork is 180 days, while conventional formwork takes 230 days.
