The main clinical manifestations are symptoms of uremic syndrome such as lethargy, anorexia, nocturia, excessive fluid volume, peripheral neuropathy, uremic frost, and pericarditis, seizures, even coma. Management of CKD can be given one class of antihypertensive Calcium Channel Blocker aims to lower blood pressure with the mechanism of action of blocking the movement of calcium in muscle cells which causes vasodilation in blood vessels.
Objective : To determine the pattern of use Calcium Channel Blocker includes, type, dosage, combination, route amd duration in Chronic Kidney Disease patients at dr. Iskak Tulungagung.
Method : Retrospective observation in Chronic Kidney disease patients at the Regional General Hospital dr. Iskak Tulungagung Period 1 July – 31 December 2023
