Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an influence of groupthink framing on the interest in choosing a job with financial rewards as a mediating variable in generation Z. This research determines the population and sample of the study on students and female students at Muhammadiyah University of Malang who have not graduated from college as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique applied is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that framing and groupthink have a positive and significant effect on interest in choosing a job and also on financial rewards. Financial rewards have a positive and significant effect on interest in choosing a job. Financial rewards can mediate framing and groupthink on interest in choosing a job in generation Z.
