Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance at BAZNAS East Lombok. This research uses quantitative methods, this data uses a Google Form questionnaire for 50 respondents with a saturated sampling technique carried out at BAZNAS East Lombok. This research shows that Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior influence employee performance significantly, in the f test they simultaneously influence the variables Islamic leadership, work life balance, organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at BAZNAS East Lombok and the most dominant variable is found. on employee performance is the work life balance variable.
