Abstract
This research aims to investigate the influence of wages on employee performance, the impact of job stress on employee performance, and the combined effect of wages and job stress on employee performance. The research method employed in this study is explanatory research. A total of 36 employees participated in the research, selected through Non-Probability Sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using Classical Assumption Tests and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that wages have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while job stress has a positive but not significant impact on employee performance. Together, wages and job stress have an impact on the variable of employee performance.
