Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on Turnover intention study uses the type of Explanatory Research. This research was conducted at Hotel Putra Jaya Gresik with a sample size of 37 employees. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, where the sampling technique is used if the researcher takes a sample of the existing population. This research and the analysis tools used are instrument tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing where the results of this study are each variable has a positive effect so that Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Turnover Intention at Putra Jaya Gresik Hotel.
