Abstract
The many phenomena that occur on social media related to expedition employees experiencing problems at work have given rise to allegations that employees have a tendency to be susceptible to wanting to leave the company for various reasons. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the level of work stress, the level of job satisfaction and the level of employee turnover intention in the field of expeditions as well as to analyze the influence of job stress on employee job satisfaction, the influence of job stress on turnover intention, the influence of satisfaction on turnover intention, and whether job satisfaction is able to mediate The influence of work stress on turnover intention. This research was conducted on J&T Malang City employees with a total of 100 respondents with sampling only at J&T Express branches with busy operations or around campus areas in Malang City. Data collection uses offline questionnaires and the research method is explanatory research or looking for cause and effect relationships between variables. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and path analysis with the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study show that the level of work stress shows low results, the level of job satisfaction is high and the turnover rate is low. There is an influence of work stress on turnover intention, work stress has no effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on turnover and job satisfaction has no mediating effect between work stress and turnover intention.
