Abstract

The logistics industry plays a vital role in the global supply chain with increasingly complex challenges in maintaining operational efficiency. PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia (MTKI), as part of PT. Samudera Indonesia, Tbk, faces difficulties in monitoring the order process from marketing to the field operational team due to the lack of supporting systems. In this rapidly evolving technological era, the use of web applications for monitoring and management becomes crucial. This study aims to develop a web-based monitoring application using the Laravel framework with PHP programming language, utilizing the agile-scrum methodology to monitor the order processing by the field operational team. The results of the application design are expected to provide a solution for monitoring the order process with high efficiency and accuracy, allowing for quick adjustments to changing user needs. This application also offers broad access flexibility and a comfortable user experience.
