Background: Poor coordination between hospitals, which are the primary emergency service providers, and communities in the field often results in prehospital service failures. Purpose: To determine the experience of emergency ambulance nurses in medical management in the prehospital area Design: Qualitative research was used in this study. Methods: This study used an intrinsic case study, i.e. the selected case was an interesting case to study. The AGD room of UMM Hospital served as the research site. Results: Handling trauma and non-trauma patients in prehospital medical management involves various aspects, including evaluation of the patient's condition, wound management, and coordination with doctors and further health facilities.
