Abstract
This research aims to find out how work discipline and work motivation
influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction in \
BKAD Malang City employees. The approach used in this research is a quantitative
approach. The sample in this study was all employees of the BKAD Malang City in
the Assets sector, totaling 72 employees using the total sampling method. The data
collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis
technique used is the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). to test the
hypotheses stated in this research. The analytical methods used are validity and
reliability tests, scale ranges, classical assumption tests, path analysis, hypothesis
tests used namely the T test, and mediation hypothesis tests using the Sobel Test.
The results of this study show that. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect
on OCB. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on OCB. Job satisfaction
has a significant positive effect on OCB. Work discipline has a significant positive
effect on OCB. Motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work
discipline has a significant positive effect on OCB through job satisfaction,
therefore the job satisfaction variable has an influence or mediates between work
discipline and OCB. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on OCB
through job satisfaction, so the job satisfaction variable can be said to have an
influence or mediation between work motivation and OCB.
