PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. AGESA ASA JAYA

This research aims to determine the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Agesa Asa Jaya Lombok. The sample in this study consisted of 50 field employees. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses scale distance and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this research show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, competency and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
