Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of E-wom, product quality and brand image on the decision process to purchase the album "Empathy." This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tools using SPSS v.26. The population in this research are fans who bought the Empathy album in Malang. The research sample was 100 respondents. This research used a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results of this research show that E-wom, product quality and brand image have a partial and simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase the empathy album.
