PEMBIASAAN PROGRAM UNGGULAN 10 KATA AJAIB DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGUATAN NILAI SPIRITUAL SOSIAL DI SD MUHAMMADIYAH 4 MALANG

Character education has become a very important discussion in recent years, because character formation is a very important thing in life. The implementation of character formation is adapted to the circumstances of each school. SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang implements the 10 Magic Words program to support the strengthening of social spiritual values. This research aims to find out: (1) Planning for familiarization with the 10 magic words superior program to support strengthening social spiritual values at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, (2) Implementation of familiarization with the superior program 10 magic words to support strengthening social spiritual values at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, (3) Evaluation of the introduction of the 10 magic words superior program in supporting the strengthening of social spiritual values at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang.
This research uses qualitative research and the type of research carried out is descriptive. This research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang, focusing on the principal and students in grades 1 to 6. In its implementation, researchers carried out observation, interviews and documentation activities to obtain data. Research data analysis goes through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data uses two techniques, namely source triangulation and technical triangulation.
The research results obtained were that SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang had carried out character formation through familiarization with the 10 magic words program. This program is implemented every day and has become a habit for students to carry out activities. And this program is only owned by SD Muhammadiyah 4 Malang. Apart from that, evaluation of the 10 magic words program activities was carried out by holding joint meetings with the parents of the students.
