Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the influence of employee competency and diversity. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study was 57 employees. This research uses SPSS. The research results found that work competency has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work competency, the higher the employee's performance. Employee diversity has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the more diverse employees work together and positively, the higher the employee performance. Employee competency and diversity influence employee performance. This means that the better the work competency with diverse employees, the higher the employee performance.
