Abstract
This research aimed to determine whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The study utilized a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of Kopi Studio 24 Malang, with a total of 30 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 29. The results of the study indicated that compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Additionally, the work environment also has a positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction of Kopi Studio 24 Malang employees.
