ANALISIS KREDIT BERMASALAH PADA NASABAH PT PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG BANGKALAN MADURA

This research aims to find out what factors and main causes give rise to problematic credit in credit issuance at PT Pegadaian Bangkalan Madura Branch. The analytical method used in multiple regression analysis research. The research results based on the results of regression analysis showed that business failure factors, environmental factors, customer character factors, and credit requirement factors had an influence on non-performing loans at PT Pegadaian Bangkalan Madura Branch. Of the several factors causing problem credit at PT Pegadaian Bangkalan Madura Branch, the credit requirements given to customers have the greatest influence on bad credit.
