Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable at the Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Malang. This type of research is explanative with a quantitative approach. The population and sample were 80 people with data collection using saturated sampling techniques. The data sources obtained in this research were collected by distributing questionnaires (primary data) to all employees. The instrument test in this research is to carry out validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing and the data analysis tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that: 1) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) organizational citizenship behavior significant effect on employee performance and 4)organizational citizenship behavior can act as a mediator in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
