The producer's goal is to understand the role of a producer in implementing production management using management functions in the production process of the short fiction film "5 Min 1" and to create a work that can be a reflection for its audience.

This includes designing the production budget, creating a production timeline, selecting crew members, scouting locations, creating production designs, and casting actors. 3) Production: This is the stage where all the concepts and plans are executed, and all crew members and actors work together. 4) Post-production: During this stage, editing of both image and sound recorded during production takes place, with the addition of sound effects, color correction, and background music. 5) Distribution: Once the film is completed, it can be distributed through film festivals, OTT streaming platforms, private screenings, etc.
