Abstract
Lazada is a Southeast Asian e-commerce company owned by the Alibaba Group, as well as one of the most visited marketplace in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of website quality and online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions. The number of samples used in this study was 105 people and using a non-probability sampling method. The data analyzing technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of websites and online consumer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
