Abstract

Measurement efforts to analyze several aspecks of company value are called performance measurement. PT Sura Raya Group is a company operating in the silica sand sector. The large number of similar companies causes competition to increase, making it difficult for PT Sura Raya Group to raise the quantity of consumen. This study aims to design a performance measurement system at PT Sura Raya Group Tuban using the Balanced Scorecard and Objective Matrix methods. This research design uses quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The measurement and evaluation results obtained from the OMAX scoring show that PT Sura Raya's performance measurement is adequate, performance has not met the goal nevertheless need work to meet the anticipated goal. It is evident from the performance measurement findings that the financial perspective obtained a higher achievement score than the other three perspectives, this illustrates that financial interests are the first priority to be realized without reducing the interests of other perspectives.
