Abstract
Learning media needs to be used in the learning process because it not only helps educators in conveying learning information but also makes the material presented more creative and innovative (Nurrita, 2018). This research and development was motivated by a lack of educational innovation and a lack of learning tools in the form of appropriate and appropriate learning media, especially in mathematics subjects for class 1 B students at SD Muhammadiyah 03 Assalam Arjosari.
In the opinion of students, the method used is considered less enjoyable during learning activities if it does not use concrete learning media. Therefore, students tend to feel bored when learning mathematics. Based on the results of the needs analysis, it is necessary to develop learning tools in the form of learning media that can increase learning motivation and student learning outcomes. So the aim of this research and development is to produce learning media that can increase learning motivation and student learning outcomes and is suitable for use in mathematics learning at SD Muhammadiyah 03 Assalam Arjosari.
This research and development uses the ADDIE model which consists of five (5) stages including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interview techniques, questionnaire techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The subjects targeted in this research involved all students in class 1 B of SD Muhammadiyah 03 Assalam Arjosari, totaling 21 students.
