The fact that learning at SDN Tulusrejo 01 applies online learning the
pandemic.With most senior teachers who have not mastered technology, it is
necessary to improve the quality of learning through the principal's policy.
This study aims to be found out: (1) The strategy of the principal of SDN
Tulusrejo 01 in improving the quality of learning in the pandemic era, (2) The
obstacles faced by SDN Tulusrejo 01 in improving the quality of learning in the
pandemic era, (3) The efforts of SDN Tulusrejo 01 to overcome various problems
in improving the quality of learning in the pandemic era.This study uses qualitative
research and the type of research conducted is qualitative.The data sources are
school principals and teachers, Malang for the 2021/2022 academic year in the
event semester.The research was conducted in May 2022 in 3 stages, namely
observing, interviewing and documenting.
The results of the study show that in improving the quality of learning in the
pandemic era, school principals carry out online learning by gradually adjusting the
abilities of teachers and students, namely with WA media, then Google meets media
and followed by Google form.With the constraints of computer infrastructure and
senior teachers who lacked digital technology. The school principal held a
workshop or training program for senior teachers and procured learning
infrastructure and included all teachers and student guardians in collaborative
learning at home (online) during the pandemic. The results of this study are
suggested as valuable input for schools and as motivation for teachers and students
in increasing cooperation in the teaching and learning process at SDN Tulusrejo 01.
