Abstract
A job depends on the abilities and level of stress experienced by employees, so that employee performance is maintained well, work stress must be managed well and employees must receive social support. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of the Irian Express Expedition Company and analyze the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of the Irian Express Expedition Company which is moderated by social support, with the research title. The sample in this research were employees of the Irian Express expedition company. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique because all members of the population were used as samples. The data in this study was analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The partial analysis results show that work stress and social support have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Irian Express Expedition Company. The results of the analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) show that social support moderates the influence of work stress on the performance of employees of the Irian Express Expedition Company.
