PENYUSUNAN BUKU PENGAYAAN BAHASA INDONESIA SMA KELAS XII MATERI NOVEL BERDASARKAN STANDAR PENERBITAN PT INTAN PARIWARA

The existence of an enrichment book as a learning accompanying book has become very important for deepening student insights and knowledge. In addition to the purpose of deepening students' insight and knowledge, the enrichement book is also very important to train students' creativity and skills. The purpose of this
research is to describe the principles of the development and preparation of novel material enrichment books in the 12th grade of high school at PT Intan Pariwara.
The work models used in this compilation is a problem-based activity report during Professional Work Practice. The type of data collected in this work is qualitative analysis. The data collection technique is carried out by collecting the data resulting from the documentation of the work done during the Professional Work Practice. The data analysis technique in this compilation is (1) describing the data in the form of a report (2) grouping the data based on the order of work in the field practice (3) discussing it with the support of relevant journals and books (4) drawing conclusions.

The research result is an interactive enrichment book with fun features like quizzes, games, audio, and videos that are fun, collaborative, innovative, and creative. This enrichment book was developed based on the principles of development
at PT Intan Pariwara ranging from the presentation of good and correct material, the collaboration of material with the skills of the 21st century, the visual presentation of interesting books, the use of correct fonts, to the making of interesting cover. This enrichment book is structured through three stages: the planning stage, the writing stage, and the book preparation stage. These stages are carried out to optimize the preparation of the book as well as the resulting product.
