Abstract
Technological developments require government agencies to do so
digital transformation to improve efficiency and service quality. However, evaluation of the Electronic Based Government System (SPBE) in Magetan Regency shows that despite an increase, the SPBE index target The PANRB Ministry has not yet been fully achieved. Digital transformation is not only requires infrastructure improvements, but also changes in all aspects human life. Increasing ASN human resources is an important focus, withThe Magetan Regency Government is taking steps such as training digital and collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Information. Program GTA (Government Talent Academy) is one of the initiatives for improve digital ASN skills, with the hope of being creative competitive advantage in the digital era. This transformation is also a response towards post-Covid-19 bureaucratic changes, with an emphasis on adaptation and better collaboration.
With this effort, Magetan Regency is making efforts facing the challenges of the Industry 5.0 era by improving the quality of human resources and digital-based services to realize successful digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method sourced from data primary (interview) as for secondary data in the form of activity reports, absence reports, archival services and reading materials sourced from articles, journals, media mass, news. The analysis techniques carried out in this thesis include data collection, reduction, displaying data, analysis results and drawing conclusions regarding techniques Data collection uses observation, documentation and interviews.
