Abstract
The rapid development in road and bridge construction in Indonesia has led to various innovations in infrastructure, including the planning of pedestrian bridges with steel frames. An example of this is the "Planning of Steel Frame Pedestrian Bridge Deck Type Truss with a Span of 31m (Case Study on Steel Frame Bridge KJI XVII in 2022 at UPJ Tangerang: Nawasena Bridge)." This pedestrian bridge utilizes a pure Warren truss structure system to simplify the structure for lightness while maintaining strength. The Nawasena Bridge has a span length of 31 meters and a width of 4.4 meters. Wide flange profiles of various sizes are used in this bridge, such as IWF150x100, IWF200x200, IWF250x175, and IWF400x200, tailored to optimize material usage. Connections in the Nawasena Bridge employ BJ-41 steel connecting plates with a thickness of 20 mm and bolts with ASTM A325 HSB Bolt M16 specifications. Structural analysis using SAP2000 software reveals a bridge deflection of 23 mm, with a total bridge structure weight of 17,724 kg..
