PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, STRES KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN AYAM GEPREK KAK ROSE (Studi Kasus Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Kec. Lowokwaru, Kota Malang)

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress, and compensation on the performance of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang employees. This research is aquantitative research that will describe and explain how the influence of the work environment, work stress, and compensation affects the performance of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang employees. The population in this study were all employees of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang, while the sample in this study was 40 (forty) respondents who worked at Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang. The sampling technique is: total sampling. Instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing at α = 0.05. The research results show that: (1) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang employees with a sig of 0.015 (2) Work stress has a significant effect on the performance of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang employees with a sig of 0.004 (3) Compensation has a significant effect significant to the performance of Ayam Geprek Kak Rose Malang employees with sig 0.000.
