Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between work life balance and turnover intention with compensation as a moderating variable at Oppo Office Madura. The population in this study is all employees at the Oppo Office Madura located in 4 districts, namely Pamekasan, Sumenep, Sampang and Bangkalan with a total of 96 employees. The sampling technique in this research is cluster sampling so that the sample in this research is 41 sales division employees located in Pamekasan Regency and Sumenep Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the help of SMARTPLS software. The results of this study show that work life balance has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a positive and significant effect.
