Abstract
This research aims to describe knowledge sharing, competency and employee performance at Ijen Batik Bondowoso. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using saturated sampling, saturated sampling techniques with a total of 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques use a range of scales, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression. The research results show that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, competence has a significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing and competence has a significant effect on employee performance, and competence makes a major contribution to employee performance.
