The research was conducted using a quantitative approach method with the type of explanatory research. The population used in the research were all employees who worked at Pegadaian Rampal branch. The samples taken were 38 people using a total sampling technique. Data collection and measurement techniques use questionnaires and Likert scales. Data analysis uses path analysis techniques and the Sobel test. Job satisfaction also has a significant effect on employee engagement.
