Abstract
This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the influence of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. This research was conducted on teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kertosono with a total of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and path analysis with the SmartPLS Version 4.0 computer program. The results of this research show that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale range is in the high category, Transformational Leadership is in the good category and Job Satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Transformational Leadership has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
