PENGARUH KREATIVITAS DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (Studi pada Guru SMK Negeri Sugihwaras)

Research objectives describe creativity, competence and teacher performance, test and analyze the effect of creativity and competence both partially and simultaneously on teacher performance, find out which variables are stronger in influencing teacher performance. The study population was all 50 teachers and the sample used Non Probability sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique uses a scale range, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression through the SPSS 25 program. Testing the research hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the scale range show that creativity includes good criteria, competence includes very good criteria and teacher performance includes very good criteria. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that creativity has no significant effect on teacher performance, competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, creativity and competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, competence more strongly affects teacher performance. It is expected that SMK Negeri Sugihwaras should further improve the ability to create new learning approaches that have not been applied before.
