ANALISIS KEMUDAHAN PEMILIHAN DESTINASI WISATA PADA APLIKASI FLIGHT TICKET DENGAN METODE UX JOURNEY

The rapid growth of the flight booking industry has given rise to various platforms such as Tiket.com, Traveloka, Agoda, booking, Google Flight, and others that offer a variety of features. Although most platforms provide basic functions such as flight booking, one-way travel, and round trip, only a few platforms provide tourist destination information in the destination city. With this background, this research uses the UX Journey method to analyze user needs in ordering plane tickets. The research stage involves searching students' characters for information on tourist destinations in the destination city. The research process includes identifying persona requirements, designing the application design, testing A/B testing, and evaluating design solutions using Acceptance Criteria. Data obtained from interviews with student users of the application provides valuable insights for further development. The results of this research provide suggestions for increasing the functionality of tourist destination information in each destination city for ticket buyers. The addition of this feature is expected to improve the user experience and provide a variety of tourist destinations that they will visit. As a contribution, this research focuses on developing a more information-rich flight ticket booking application to help users make better decisions.
