Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work motivation and job satisfaction and analyze the influence of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at Dr. Soedomo Regional Hospital with a sample size of 60 respondents. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with a proportional sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research show that work motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
