Abstract

The research aims to describe the factors that influence food waste behavior in special sambal waroengs. The influence of attitude on food waste behavior, the influence of subjective norms on food waste behavior, the influence of habits on food waste behavior, knowing the influence of price consciousness on food waste behavior. This research was conducted on consumers of special sambal waroeng with 135 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques Range of Scales and Sem -pls. Research shows attitudes towards food waste behavior at waroeng special chili sauce with very good criteria, subjective norms towards food waste behavior at waroeng special chili sauce with good criteria, habits towards food waste behavior at waroeng special chili sauce with good criteria, price awareness towards food waste behavior at waroeng special chili sauce with good criteria. Attitude has a significant effect on food waste behavior, subjective norms have no significant effect on food waste behavior, habits have no significant effect on food waste behavior, price awareness has a significant effect on food waste behavior
