Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of talent management on employee performance through competency at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo. The sample in this study consisted of 41 employees. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling (census). The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire which was distributed to employees. The data analysis technique uses a range of scales and path analysis. The results of this research show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee competence, employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and talent management has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance through competence.
