Abstract

Prevention of bullying has become an important topic in society today. This research aims to map the relationship between virtual reality and bullying prevention through bibliographic coupling analysis in an effort to understand the role of technology in combating bullying. The research method involves identifying previous publications related to virtual reality and bullying prevention from Scopus. The bibliographic analysis quantifies the connections between publications based on shared references. The research results show significant correlations between virtual reality and bullying prevention. Relevant previous studies include topics such as the use of virtual reality to prevent bullying through bystanders and bullying victims and bullying simulations to enhance bystander empathy. These studies provide information on the role of virtual reality technology in effectively assisting in the fight against bullying. The research findings are presented in the form of descriptive analysis and visual images with the assistance of VOSviewer software.
