Abstract
This study aims to determine the Production Risk Analysis of Broiler Farming with Partnership Patterns in Malang Regency. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research by taking sample data in the field and then analyzing and drawing conclusions, the total sampling in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is Quantitative Descriptive Analysis using Classical Assumptions Test and Multiple Linear Analysis. The research results obtained explain that production risks are caused by extreme climate/weather changes, natural disasters (floods, landslides and droughts), and diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and parasites. Each risk has a score of 13, 2 and 15. Market/price risk with a score of 12, 11 and 7 respectively. Risk from the agency/company with a score of 22 and 8 respectively. Risk from humans with each scores 14, 9, 3 and 4. Risks originating from finance with a score of 14, 8 and 8 respectively. The conclusions obtained from the risks faced by broiler breeders in Malang Regency are production risks caused by disease, viruses, bacteria, protozoa and disease. Market price risk is caused by the fluctuating selling price of meat. Institutional risk is caused by the inactivity of field extension officers. The risk of human negligence is caused by damage to production equipment due to continuous use. The financial risk is caused by the small amount of capital owned for broiler chicken farming.
