Analisis Program Unggulan Ekstrakurikuler Executive Program Di SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau-Malang.

Improving the quality of education units has a big influence on improving the quality of students, through superior extracurricular programsexecutive program can develop attitudes, talents and interests in producing a quality generation. So it is necessary to implement superior programs in developing students' talents and interests. This research aims to describe: (1) the process of implementing superior extracurricular programsexecutive program at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang, (2) obstacles in implementing superior extracurricular programsexecutive program at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang, (3) solutions to obstacles in implementing superior extracurricular programsexecutive program at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang.
This research uses a qualitative type of research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Place and time of research at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang and carried out in the 2023/2024 academic year. Research data sources were obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from supervisor teachers and related students, secondary data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure in this research has several stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, data analysis stage, and reporting stage. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman. Data validity management uses source triangulation and technical triangulation.
The research results were obtained through the implementation of extracurricular activities executive program namely extracurricular activities in robotics, tahfidzul Qur'an, and science/science olympiads at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang. Activities are carried out well in accordance with the implementation schedule for each extracurricular activity. The obstacles to each of these activities are financial constraints, implementation time, and teaching staff. Efforts to overcome obstacles in each activity include managing finances well, providing additional hours for activities, and looking for competent teaching staff in the field concerned.
