Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Malang with a sample size of 50 respondents. The type of research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with total sampling, namely taking the entire population as a sample. Data collection uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the scale range show that employee performance, transformational leadership style, and job satisfaction are in the very high category and the results of this research are that transformational leadership style has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect Employee performance and job satisfaction mediate the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance.
