Abstract
This research aims to empirically prove the influence of accountability and transparency on the management of political party funds. The object of this research is employees at political party offices in Mataram City. The sampling technique in this research used convenience sampling with a sample size of 133 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical tool. The research results show that accountability and transparency have a positive effect on the management of political party funds.
