Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine employee performance, work environment, and communication, and to determine the effect of work environment and communication on employee performance CV. Karya Duta Gresik. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees totaling 35 employees. The sample used is total sampling, the sample as a whole because it is less than 100. The type of research data is quantitative data and the data source is primary. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique uses a scale range and multiple linear regression. The results of the scale range show that the work environment is classified as a good category, communication is classified as a good category and employee performance is classified as a good category. Multiple linear regression results obtained that the work environment and communication have a significant effect on employee performance, and communication has the strongest effect on employee performance at CV. Karya Duta Gresik.
