Abstract
In Indonesia, labor absorption and low wage rates are one of the factors that make people work abroad. The economic situation is increasingly uncertain, the prices of basic necessities are increasing, and family incomes tend not to increase, which will result in disrupting the stability of the family economy. The number of higher unemployment rates will potentially cause problems, namely poverty. Poverty occurs due to the absence of equal distribution of economic progress, improving the quality of education, and providing jobs. The problem of poverty is very difficult to solve, making people want to migrate abroad. With these problems, the writer will examine the problem. How is the influence of Regional Gross Domestic Product, Unemployment, and Poverty on Indonesian Workers. The aim of the research is to examine and analyze the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product, Unemployment and Poverty on Indonesian Workers. The research method used by researchers in analyzing that is using a type of quantitative research. The data used is secondary data in the form of panel data. Variable data for Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Agency for the Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (BNP2TKI). While the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP), Unemployment and Poverty variables come from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the World Bank. In the discussion that the lack of jobs causes high unemployment. The large number of jobs that look at the level of education results in people with low education not being able to get a job. So that becoming an Indonesian workforce is a solution for those with low education, so that the family economy is stable and can make ends meet. From year to year, the lack of jobs and the low capita rate of GRDP in a region has hampered the community's economic development. The role of the government here is very important to further increase employment opportunities for people in all regions so that there are no overlaps in the economic welfare of the community. The government must pay more attention to human resources in all regions in order to empower human resources as much as possible.
