Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Mulia Usaha Bersama with a total of 40 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this research uses saturated sampling where the entire population is sampled. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is using a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of respondents based on gender were 20 men and 20 women, based on age 18 years 2 people, 19 years 1 person and 20-30 years 37 people. The research results show that the work environment shows good results, the organizational culture shows very strong results, and job satisfaction shows satisfactory results. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and the work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have an effect on job satisfaction.
