PENGGUNAAN TUTUR TERBATAS PADA DIALOG BUPATI LUMAJANG DENGAN PENAMBANG PASIR DI CHANNEL YOUTUBE LUMAJANG TV

This research provides an overview of the use of limited speech in the dialogue between the Lumajang Regent and the Sand Miners on the Lumajang TV YouTube Channel. Based on this, this research aims to describe the form of limited speech use by sand miners and the Lumajang Regent on the Lumajang TV YouTube Channel. The method used in this research uses a sociolinguistic approach, this is because the speaker is a social factor, namely related to position, profession and education, the coverage of the social dimension is expected to provide an in-depth picture related to limited code variations which are focused on the spoken language of sand miner speakers. and the Regent of Lumajang on the Lumajang TV YouTube channel. The research data is a collection of data transcripts obtained from 10 videos uploaded by the Lumajang TV YouTube channel regarding conversations between the Regent of Lumajang and sand miners. Data collection techniques in this research are saving videos, making transcripts, observing and recording speech, identifying data and marking data. The analysis technique applied in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis in this study show that the use of limited variety of speech by sand miners can be seen from the morphological aspect in the form of affixations or affixes to the words "convey", "empty" and "agriculture", then the aspect of reduplication or repetition can be seen in the word "friend -friends", "sand", "people", then the aspect of composition or combination can be seen from examples in the form of "zero point", "control card" and "time period". Furthermore, the form of limited speech use by the Regent of Lumajang can be seen from the morphological aspect in the form of affixations or affixes to the words "straw", "repaired", then in the aspect of reduplication or repetition it can be seen in the words "traffic jam", "friends", " promises", then the aspect of composition or combination can be seen from the example of "building a road".
