Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of quality of work life on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Lintas Cakrawala. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is 30 employees at PT. Garuda Lintas Cakrawala. Determination of samples using a saturated sampling method so that the entire population was used as a research sempel as many as 30 employees. The data collection technique is questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results prove that the quality of work life has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and the quality of work life has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Garuda Lintas Cakrawala.
