Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the work environment, work productivity, and intrinsic motivation as well as the influence of each variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used 50 respondents. The respondents in this study were employees of the Belva Hand-Drawn Batik Madura craftsmen. The data sources in this research were obtained from distributing questionnaires (primary data) and obtained from available data, namely company profiles and company structures (secondary data). Data analysis techniques use a range of scales, Partial Least Square SEM (SEM- PLS), hypothesis testing, and mediation effect testing. The research results on a range of scales show that the work environment is in the good category, work productivity is in the high category, and intrinsic motivation is in the high category. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has no effect on work productivity, the work environment has a significant effect on intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on work productivity, and intrinsic motivation is able to mediate the work environment on work productivity.
