KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA KUMPULAN PUISI PENDIDIKAN JASMANI DAN KESUNYIAN KARYA BENI SATRYO (DALAM PERSPEKTIF A. TEEUW)

Objective literary analysis is to give meaning and aesthetic values based on the reality of literary texts. Semiotics approach literature as a sign, or as semiotics symptoms. The literary work got significant if it had embraced, interpreted, and evaluated by the reader. The reader’s intention is the literary main characteristic, only with it’s work literature reaches aesthetic realization and becomes an aesthetic object.
Demolition by codes can help the literature analysis to describes the experience of significance and aesthetic value. Poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo has complex structure and its own signature, with analysis of language code, literary code, and cultural code contained in the text can help impart meaning and aesthetic value. So that the convention and invention are known on the text. From here it can be defined the problem of this research: (1) form of a language coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo; (2) form of a literary coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo; and (3) form of a cultural coded in poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo.
This type of research is qualitative research using the semiotics approach in A. Teeuw perspective. Data resource in this research is poetry collection Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo. Data found, processed several steps: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) conclusion. Based the process has several forms of language code, literary code, and cultural code was then reviewed with the theory of literary semiotics.
Based on result and discussions, it’s obtained conclusion that in dismantling language code are discovered Beni Satryo’s selected potries still following the Indonesian Language convention, as for invetion in the form of tampering with spelling of words with intent to create comical effect on words that are most loads serious value. On desmantling of literary code be found that Beni Satryo’s selected poetries in general still following poetry convention, as for invention that exist in the form metaphor choice with things that are close, paltry, such things that give an element surprise in enjoying aesthetic value of those poetries. On desmantling of cultural code be found the attempt to say something of everyday life it is also culture, even though in the everyday life it is taken for granted.
